UFU MPI – 37.48 (was 36.82): This week’s New Zealand GDT finished up 3%, extending a largely positive pattern of auctions since July 2026. Whole and semi skimmed milk powders both finished up 5.9% ($3,971) and 3.1% ($4,109) respectively while butter saw a decrease of 4.7% ($4,503). Cheddar saw a rise of 8.6% ($3,970).
On the Dutch (ZuivelNL) Market this week, positivity for milk powders was replicated. Whole milk powder increased €30/t to finish at €3,840/t and skimmed milk powder was up €20/t to finish at €3,710/t. Butter saw an increase of €30/t finishing at €3,750 while whey remained stable at €1,640.
