DAERA launch Call for Evidence on environmental governance

The Independent Panel appointed by DAERA Minister Andrew Muir, has launched a Call for Evidence seeking views on the current environmental governance arrangements in Northern Ireland and options for improvement. The Ulster Farmers’ Union is encouraging members to participate.

The panel, chaired by Dr. Viviane Gravey of Queen’s University Belfast, will also host two public sessions and one online event to gather further insights. These sessions will take place on the following dates:

  • 06 February 2025 –2.00-4.00pm  –  Queens University, Belfast
  • 18 February 2025 – 7.00-8.30pm  – Loughry College, Cookstown
  • 27 February 2025 – 7.00-8.30pm  – Online
