The New Zealand Global Dairy Trade (GDT) event finished up 0.6% overall on the previous.
Butter, skimmed milk powder and whole milk powder were up, whilst cheddar was down.
Butter was up 2.5% to finish at $5,674. Skimmed milk powder was up 0.2% to finish at $3,552. Whole milk powder was up 1.2% to finish at $3,772. Cheddar finished at $4,560 down 1.3% on the previous.
On the Dutch (ZuivelNL) Market fresh butter, skimmed milk powder (feed) and whey powder remained stable. Whole milk powder was up and skimmed milk powder food was down.
Fresh butter remained stable at €3,900/T, skimmed milk powder (feed) remained stable at €2,830/T and whey powder remained stable at €1,500/T. Whole milk powder was up €50/T to finish at €3,260/T and skimmed milk powder (food) was down €20/T from €2,980/T to €2,960/T.
