The New Zealand Global Dairy Trade (GDT) event concluded with a 3.6% increase in the overall price index. With butter, skimmed milk powder and whole milk powder up, whilst cheddar was down. Butter was up 10.7% from $5,773/T to finish at $6,347/T. Cheddar finished at $4,736/T down 1.0% from $4,772/T. Skimmed milk powder was up 3.0% to finish at $2,973/T up from $2,874/T and whole milk powder was up 2.5% from $3,614 /T to $3,706/T.

On the Dutch (ZuivelNL) Market fresh butter, skimmed milk powder (food) and whey powder were all up, whilst whole milk powder and skimmed milk powder (feed) remained stable. Fresh butter was up €100/T from €4,100/T to €4,200/T. Whole milk powder remained stable at €3,120/T. Skimmed milk powder (food) was up €60/T from €2,370/T to €2,430. Skimmed milk powder (feed) remained stable at €2,370/T and whey powder was up €20/T to finish at €1,060/T.
