The Ulster Farmers’ Union (UFU) is looking forward to welcoming members onto the stand at Balmoral Show 2023. The UFU office bearer team, supported by staff members, will be present for the four days.
UFU president David Brown said, “We’re looking forward to attending the Balmoral Show and meeting those in attendance on the stand located at B1, 1st Avenue. The show is a key event for our farming families providing an enjoyable day out whether they are showing livestock or indulging in the social aspect. It also enables members to speak directly to UFU representatives about any agri issues they’re experiencing.
“One of the highlights about Balmoral is being able to engage with the public. It helps us to reconnect consumers with farming creating more awareness about the farm to fork journey.
“We will have some refreshments available at the UFU stand and an interactive children’s zone with fun, educational activities. Marie Curie donation buckets will be located throughout the stand, should anyone wish to donate to the chosen charity for my presidential term.”
