The Ulster Farmers’ Union Snap Sunday competition is celebrating Father’s Day with a special edition dedicated to the dads, grandads, stepdads and father figures who help keep our farms running every day
What are we looking for?
We’re looking for your favourite photographs of dads on the farm. Whether it’s teaching the next generation, checking livestock, sharing a laugh in the yard, or enjoying a well-earned tea break, we want to see the moments that capture farm life and fatherhood .
Photos can feature dads of all ages, from young fathers to grandads who are still lending a hand around the farm.
How to enter
The competition is open to everyone, members and non-members.
To enter, simply send us your photo via WhatsApp. Please include the name of the person featured, your name, and a short description of the photograph if you’d like.

Closing date
Closing date for entries is Sunday 14th June.
The top four entries will be posted on Facebook later that week for you to vote for your favourite.
The winning entry will be shared on the UFU social media channels and UFU Watch (in Farming Life), and the photographer will receive a UFU soft shell jacket.
