Beef Week 2022 begins this Saturday 23 April and to kick start things, beef farmer and UFU Next Generation member Trevor Somerville will be doing an Instagram takeover on the Ulster Farmers’ Union account.
Trevor is from Co. Tyrone and focuses on sustainable calf to beef production trying to maximize the use of grass.
