UFU MPI: 36.21 (was 36.52ppl) – The New Zealand GDT event finished down 0.5% this week, led largely by a fall in whole milk powder, down 2.5% and cheddar down 1%. However, there was a 6.2% increase for butter and a 0.7% increase for skimmed milk powder. On the Dutch (ZuivelNL) market this week, all commodities reported no change and remain stable. Butter sits at €6750/tonne with whole and skimmed milk powders at €3760/tonne and €2450/tonne respectively.
