UFU milk price index

Ulster Farmers’ Union (UFU) milk price index (MPI): 32.53ppl (was 31.39ppl) – Positivity in dairy commodity markets is keeping up momentum. Dutch Dairy Board (ZuivelNL) saw rises for all dairy categories this week with butter up €210/tonne to €4750, WMP up €110 to €3340/tonne, SMP (food grade) up €90/tonne to €2400 and Whey powder rising €30 to €730/tonne. Furthermore, GDT all product index in New Zealand increased by 4.4% to $3104.
