Settled in for Winter

David has been very busy on the farm with milking, calving, housing cattle, planting wheat and spending time with his family.  With David’s animals all in house and settling into winter rations he tells us that the fresh calvers and high yielders are being fed a TMR ration of 3rd cut silage, Maize Silage and Blend. In this month’s blog, David also writes about vaccinating the animals, Animal Health and Halloween with the family.
